Jon has been working his way through the jobs list on the 1959 Jaguar MkIX – this time with the boot lock mechanism. ‘Remove nearside rear shackle and spring eye bolts. Swap into correct positions and secure. Strip boot handles. Remove 1 handle and investigate why not lockng. Found part missing from key barrel.’
