The teams across the Bridge Classic Cars restoration workshop have been working on various parts of the 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 Drophead Coupe project. Whilst our trim shop have been making the new seats for the classic convertible from scratch, the body and paint team simulataneously has been remaking and welding the sill brackets back to the body work as well as preparing the underside of the 1-piece clamshell front end into polyfan ready for colour.

In our finishing room, our technician Ben has been working his way through the various pieces of trim and chrome for the classic Aston Martin. Each individual pieces has been inspected and repaired where needed by Ben to make sure they’re ready for refinishing before being installed back on the car once the bodyshell and clamshell are ready.
