A panel from our 1960 Jensen 541R had its external areas masked before the interior surface was coated with black satin Raptor. The car was then flatted down in preparation for polishing.
Once our 1973 MGB Roadster had been masked up in preparation to be painted, Adam applied the first colour – blue. Once dry, this was followed by the application of the silver/gold layer. Once both colour coats had dried, a clear coat was applied to complete the process.
Recent work on our 1987 Mercedes 500SL involved aligning the rear subframe assembly beneath the car and lowering the ramp to bring the assembly into position. The old seatbelt was removed from the nearside rear of the 2010 Land Rover Defender 90. A new belt was fitted and securely fixed in place. The belt was pulled out and plugged into the seat. All fixings were checked with a spanner and confirmed to be secure. Caps were then fitted to the nuts.

Ben worked on our 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Volante, focusing on the smaller suspension components requiring precise masking due to bearing surfaces that needed protection. As shown in the reference photos, the parts were masked and sandblasted. Particular care was taken to smooth the outer seal surfaces of the bearings without causing damage.
Jonn continued with offside rear brake and hub repairs on our 1978 MG Midget. The bearing and seal were removed from the front hub, which was then cleaned before fitting a new hub seal.
