The surge in popularity of sports bikes from the 1990s ‘Golden Era’ is growing from strength to strength in recent years, with riders looking to go back to the mechanical purity, a more connected riding experience and a love for a full-fairing, classic look which comes with that period in motorcycle history.
In 1984, one of the most legendary sports bikes of the modern era would begin its story in the world of modern performance motorcycles. The iconic “Gixxer” – still in production to this day.
The Suzuki GXS-R750 would bring exotic performance and Japanese reliability together in one stylish piece of engineering. This particular bike, our 1998 Suzuki GSX-R750(W), is finished in the signature blue and white livery, recently reworked by Dream Machine, which remains emblazoned on the flanks of “Gixxers” to this day.
The twin-spar frame, derived from the 1996 RGC 500GP race bike, helps give this bike almost unmatched handling characteristics, but with pliable and comfortable suspension to make the bike usable for longer rides. This GSX-R is powered by a 749cc, water-cooled, 16-valve, dual overhead cam, 4-cylinder engine (with Scorpion exhaust) – this bike features that now famous Suzuki SRAD (Suzuki Ram Air Direct) system which force feeds the bike’s carburettors to help it produce a reported 135BHP. The wheels have been refreshed with all-new bearings plus wrapped in Pirelli tyres.
Whether it be to relive those wonderful carefree riding years, or to keep as a beautiful collectable example, our 1998 Suzuki GSX-R750 is an incredible example of the high watermark for analogue sports bikes.

This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.
