This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.

First registered on 7th June 1985, our Mercedes-Benz 280 SL is a late-production example of the R107 series. Finished in its original silver over a red interior, the car retains its original specification and is fitted with the 2.8-litre inline six-cylinder petrol engine (M110), paired with an automatic gearbox.

The car was supplied new to the UK and comes with its original service booklet containing stamps from Mercedes-Benz dealers and independent specialists.

Recent maintenance work includes attention to the convertible hood and associated seals, and it is now ready for its lucky new owner.
