Description

This car runs on Synthetic Fuel.
This car can be run on synthetic fuel as well as traditional petrol.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we run all of our competition cars on synthetic fuel. This is a like-for-like fossil-free alternative to petrol that reduces emissions by up to 80%. This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.

Born out of Italy’s post-war economic recovery, the “Cinquecento” was designed by Dante Giacosa to offer affordable transport to the masses. Its small dimensions and rounded design made it a perfect fit for the narrow streets of European cities. It was obviously never intended to break speed records but was fantastic in offering practicality, fuel efficiency, and charm.

Despite its small size, the Fiat 500’s clever design maximised interior space, making it surprisingly practical for two adults and occasional passengers or light luggage.

A fabric sunroof came as standard and the entire car’s simplicity made it very appealing to a lot of people.

Our 1970 Fiat 500 was repainted its beautiful blue/grey from its original red in 2024 and has clearly been well looked after throughout its life.
