1964 Ford Zephyr

Congratulations to Simon Hinchcliffe, winner with ticket number 3443.

Description

When Ford introduced the Zephyr Mk3 in 1962, it represented a significant advancement in their mid-size family car range. The Mk3 featured a sleek, modern design inspired by the popular American automotive trends of the time. Offering both four and six-cylinder engine options, the Mk3 Zephyr provided comfort and reliability. Its involvement in motorsport, including competitions like the Monte Carlo Rally, also added to its pedigree.

Our 1964 Ford Zephyr 4 is finished in striking Black with a Red interior and is fitted with the four-cylinder option. Initially purchased by the previous owner’s father in the 1980s, the car has covered just 25,000 miles and has predominantly remained within the same family its entire life.

The car has a strong American style look and is certainly an eye-catching vehicle.  Inside, the red upholstery covers the spacious bench seats, which are still protected by plastic covers.

With only a little over 100 examples of this version still on the road, coupled with its very original condition, our 1964 Ford Zephyr 4 will be a fantastic addition to any garage.
