Nick’s international win has been featured in various media outlets – take a look here.

The International Auto Film Festa 2025 took place earlier today in Tokyo, Japan.

The awards evening is a celebration of the very best automotive storytellers from around the globe, and we were very much focused on this year’s event as our very own Nick Skinner was shortlisted as a finalist in the Grand Prix Award.

The award ceremony has now come to an end, and we are extremely excited and proud to say that Nick was announced as the winner of the Grand Prix Award. This is the top award and was decided by a panel of judges, industry leaders from all around the world.

499 films were submitted from 73 different countries. Being named as one of the24 finalists is a massive achievement in itself but, being named as the overall winner is something that Nick should be incredibly proud of.

The Grand Prix Award is the highest honour of the festival, awarded to a film that demonstrates technical excellence but also creates an emotional connection with its audience.

Memory Lane does exactly that. The film tells the story of Rose, as she looks back on the adventures of her younger years making memories and moments that have lasted a lifetime with her Jaguar E- Type.

Winning this award is an incredible achievement and one that is completely deserved by Nick.

Everything Nick creates is special but Memory Lane is something extra special.

Nick filmed his international award-winning film with just one camera and a small drone.

From idea to final edit was just six days.

Congratulations, Nick – a truly well-deserved recognition!
