Helping Keep A Classic Promise

Recently, we had the privilege of helping a customer and his 1955 Ford Thunderbird at a time when a lot of important things were happening.

The Thunderbird had developed a number of serious issues just before the owner’s daughter’s wedding. Six months earlier, the same car had broken down and been unable to attend the funeral of the owner’s father, so we were told that it must be at the wedding.

As we understand that cars aren’t just mechanical machines that take us where we need to go, but can actually be a very special part of a family and hold lots of memories, we were better placed than your “traditional garage” to step up and make sure a father’s promise was kept.

The workshop team got to work, carrying out a thorough inspection and diagnosing issues that had previously gone unnoticed. Despite a tight deadline, the Thunderbird is now back home and ready for the big day!

Testimonials like this one are part of the reason why we do what we do.
