Pete has continued his work on our 1993 Jaguar XJS, reinstalling the refurbished AC unit. Once fitted and properly tensioned, it was noted that there was significant rust and moisture inside the unit. As a result, the remaining dryer and pipework were removed for flushing, and a new dryer was installed before regassing.

The new AC dryer unit was fitted, the pipework was flushed, and the system was reassembled and regassed. Final belt tensions were also completed.

However, faulty AC relays were identified, and the vehicle requires wiring repairs.
