The Bridge Classic Cars team have been carrying on with the work on the 1978 MG B GT here at our Suffolk classic car workshops.
‘Take rocker cover off and clean gasket surface work out right valve clearance adjustment and adjust clearance to 15 thou when cold, once adjusted get new corck rocker cover gasket and fit will a little bit of well seal, refit all components and clean up car.‘
Away from the restoration workshop, our paint and body team have worked on recitifying a paint work issue on the drivers side door.
‘Check brakes. Pedal has slightly long travel but doesn’t pump up. Check pedal rod for adjustment. Remove cover and inspect. No adjustment on rod so refit cover.‘
