Strip Down and Priming of our 1987 Mercedes 500SL

There’s been alot of activity on our 1987 Mercedes 500SL recently. The car is in the hands of our paint and body team here at Bridge Classic Cars to get it back to where it really should be,

To begin with Mauro, one of our paint and body technicians, carefully stripped down the doors removing all the internals and wiring before actually taking them off the car completely. Once this was done, Mauro could get the bodyshell of the car rolled into the both before laying down epoxy and then primer to serve as a guide as the team get this iconic 1980s droptop GT car looking as good as it possibly can.
