Jonn has been working on our 1978 Triumph Spitfire in preparation for it to be won very soon through Bridge Classic Cars Competitions.
Here’s what Jonn did:
- Drain oil and filter
- Strip and fit new offside front wheel bearing
- Fit new oil filter and refit sump bung
- Fill with oil, run and test
- Check and top up oil
- Use electrical contact cleaner on the hazard switch and work back and forth until all working ok
- Adjust both mirrors
- Lube throttle and choke linkages
- Carry out tracking, check and adjust
