Our 1969 Audi seems all of a sudden be coming back to life! Not long ago, it was a freshly painted shell but now under the skillful hands of our restoration technician Dave the car is beginning to look reborn here at the Bridge Classic Cars HQ. Dave has been hard at work checking, rebuilding and regreasing the rear wheel bearings as well as fitting the new drums and wheels before moving onto the front of the car.
Dave has fitted up the signature 4-ring grille to the car before beginning to fit and readjust the bumper irons to give this piece the best fitment possible to then begin to make the number plate mounts.
At the same time, Dave has also redone the piping on the rear wings and cleaning up and repainting the bonnet catch.
