This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.

The Mercedes R129 is the 4^th generation of the fabled ‘SL’ line of GT sports cars built by Mercedes Benz. The top of the line built at their Bremen plant was the SL500. A 5.0-litre, naturally aspirated V8 bahn-stormer which combined supreme luxury with as much performance as its driver could ever need.

The R129 generation ran from 1989 until 2001, with our car being a 1998 model year but with some incredible features. Believed to be one of just over 100 RHD 40^th Anniversary special edition cars, it is finished with the Mercedes Designo Vario Blue/Green paintwork as well as AMG 18” Monobloc alloy wheels, Xenon Headlights and a panoramic removable hardtop. It also features a 5.0-litre naturally aspirated V8 paired with a smooth and luxurious automatic transmission.

The interior, finished in Orion Grey, is comfortable and luxurious. The leather seats are perfect for those long road trips, stepping gracefully out more relaxed than when you stepped in, with ample space for you and your passenger with or without the full-sized panoramic hardtop in place.
