This is an example of the final evolution of TVR’s S-Series and the end of the Pre-Cat era. Powered by a 4-litre Rover V8 producing around 240 bhp, our 1991 TVR V8S is finished in its original red with a tan interior.

First registered in August 1991, this particular V8S has had a very quiet and careful life, remaining in single private ownership for the first 31 years of its life. Purchased in 1996 from Kerridges TVR, it has been exceptionally well-maintained ever since, and comes with a comprehensive history file of invoices, MOT certificates, and specialist records.

Any work completed on this car has only ever been undertaken by recognised TVR specialists such as Lloyd Specialist Developments, Python Racing, Kerridges Garage, Sheldrake & Wells and Cole Engineering.

Recent work includes an outrigger replacement and engine refresh, upgraded Canems ECU, Gaz Gold coilovers, re-cored radiator, stainless Goodridge brake lines and complete cooling-system overhaul.

This car can be run on synthetic fuel as well as traditional petrol.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we run all of our competition cars on synthetic fuel. This is a like-for-like fossil-free alternative to petrol that reduces emissions by up to 80%. This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.
