Registered on 21st February 1973, our TR6 originally lived in Germany.
The history file contains documents relating to the car’s import into the United Kingdom in 2013. HMRC NOVA paperwork, DVLA registration records, and the original Number Plate Authorisation Certificate are all included, as well as a sales invoice from The Redline Sportscar Company Ltd dated 25th June 2013, which confirms the vehicle’s sale shortly before UK registration was completed.
There are also several other invoices from Triumph specialist, Chris Witor. These invoices record mechanical work and parts supplied in 2015, including engine-related components, gaskets, piston rings, water pump components, cam followers, and a reprofiled performance camshaft. Handwritten notes within the file reference a 270-degree camshaft specification, indicating that the engine received performance-oriented upgrades during its UK ownership.
Finished in Pimento Red paintwork, the car has recently spent some time in the Bridge Classic Cars workshop, where it has undergone a full repaint as well as mechanical repairs relating to the drivetrain, starter motor, and clutch. Our trim team has also done some work on the seats to make sure they are ready for the new owner.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we run all of our competition cars on synthetic fuel. This is a like-for-like fossil-free alternative to petrol that reduces emissions by up to 80%. This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.
