1973 MGB Roadster or £7,000

First registered in August 1973, our MGB Roadster underwent a sympathetic restoration in the Bridge Classic Cars workshop in 2025.

After being completely stripped and re-painted in a two-tone colour scheme of gold over blue, it was won by Stephen Harris back in September. When Stephen decided to sell the car, we bought it back and have now returned it to its original blue colour.

Alongside its new paintwork, the workshop team previously sandblasted various components, undersealed the car, set up the carbs, fitted new boot carpet, installed new halogen headlights, and completed other repairs and improvements.

This car can be run on synthetic fuel as well as traditional petrol.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we run all of our competition cars on synthetic fuel. This is a like-for-like fossil-free alternative to petrol that reduces emissions by up to 80%. This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.
