Description

This car runs on Synthetic Fuel.
This car can be run on synthetic fuel as well as traditional petrol.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we run all of our competition cars on synthetic fuel. This is a like-for-like fossil-free alternative to petrol that reduces emissions by up to 80%. This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.

First registered in August 1973, our MGB Roadster has been in the Birdge Classic Cars workshop for a little while, undergoing a sympathetic restoration.

After being completely stripped and re-painted in its new two-tone colour scheme of gold over blue, it has been given a new lease of life in preparation for its new owner to be found.

Alongside its new paintwork, the workshop team have also sandblasted various components, undersealed the car, set up the carbs, fitted new boot carpet, installed new halogen headlights, along with other repairs and improvements.

Originally finished in blue, our 1973 MGB Roadster has come a long way since its arrival with us and we are very much looking forward to seeing it find a new home with the very lucky winner of this competition.
