Our 1966 Daimler V8 250 is finished in an interesting light blue/grey with a red leather interior.
Its previous keeper owned the car from 2012, during which time it has clearly been extremely well looked after. In 2014, it underwent an extensive restoration costing over £22,000. Since then, a further £5,000 has been spent on servicing and ongoing improvements.
Our Daimler comes with an extensive history file, which includes paperwork dating back to September 1966, when the car had covered just 601 miles. It also includes original documentation such as the factory handbook, brochure, MoT certificates, and a memory stick documenting the 2014 restoration work.
The car has been sensibly upgraded for modern usability. It has a Luminition electronic ignition, an alternator conversion, and an electric cooling fan. It’s covered 85,870 miles from new and is now ready to be won by a very lucky individual in just a few days time.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we run all of our competition cars on synthetic fuel. This is a like-for-like fossil-free alternative to petrol that reduces emissions by up to 80%. This can be mixed with traditional petrol and no modifications to the car are required. You can fuel this car with traditional petrol – we simply use synthetic fuel as part of our sustainability goals.
