As the restoration of our 1975 MGB GT V8 continues to move forward, Adam completed the painting of the car’s shell and engine bay, applying a clear coat over the finish to give it both protection and depth.

He then turned his attention to the individual engine components, refinishing them in gloss black while picking out selected parts in silver to provide a clean, contrasting appearance within the bay.

To maintain consistency across the build, Adam also painted the hinges in body colour.
