Our workshop manager John has been working away on the 1939 Jaguar SS100 getting to the source of the clutch slip. While inspecting, John found that the rear main seal from the engine had been leaking which is what he believed is what caused to contamination of the clutch causing it to slip. The new rear main seal was put in place and seated fully before the team loaded the gearbox back into the car and will begin to inspect and test again.
