The team are keeping up the pace towards the stunning full restoration on the 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Volante. Our technician Ben has been working his way through the car adjusting the door gaps, installing the door cards as well making adjustment and trims for the hood before beginning to install the seats.
Whilst Ben worked on the bodyshell of the car, our paint and body team were working their way through the arch liners on the classic Aston Martin. The paint team have carefully prepared and painted the archliners with tough and durable black paintwork and made ready to go back on the car.
With the fuel caps now in place, the team could finish up the assembly of the boot area. Ben moved onto the getting the pins in place for the hood as well as plumbing the new filler caps down to the refinished tank. While then installing the arch stone guards and the all important grille.
