Ben has continued the strip-down process on the 1969 Aston Martin DB6 Volante, focusing on the doors and various components that needed removal before paint stripping could commence. In the paint shop, he detached several trim pieces, including the windscreen frame trim, the aerial chrome bezel, and the bonnet pop catches, which had been riveted in place. Additionally, he removed the front lower grille, which was secured with three rivets.

During the process, he noted that the top windscreen trim had mismatched screws. To ensure organisation, all door components were carefully labelled and placed into a single crate.

Adam has now also got the car back to bare metal.
