It’s taken 21 months for the Bridge Classic Cars team to work their magic on this 1951 Austin Devon Pickup transforming it from a very rough, neglected and partially stripped down barn-find to an absolute showstopper of a pickup truck. There isn’t a single inch of this car which has not had undivided, loving and careful attention poured into it by the restoration team here at Bridge Classic Cars and it is a project that we are massively proud to have brought back from the dead.
Many of these vehicles, being ex-commercial, were sent to the great car park in the sky a long time ago after they had served their automotive purpose – which makes them rare, unique and wonderful pieces of history to preserve, just like this one. The car is now at home with its very excited owners and we wish them, and the truck, many happy years together on the wide open road.
