MGB Roadster Strip Down

New technician Adam has already been very busy with the strip down of our 1973 MGB Roadster in preparation for it to be painted very soon.

His work so far includes the removal of the rusted headlight ring (driver’s side) and cleaning up its behind to offer up the new ring before welding it into place. The new ring was fettled 2-3mm in order to allow for adjustment for correct positioning.

He also removed the bonnet catch for stripping and rust-treated the underside of the bonnet before the body panels were prepped for primer.
