Jonn carried out further work on our 1987 Maserati BiTurbo by slackening the radiator brackets to allow the radiator to be moved forward slightly before re-securing it in its new position. This adjustment provided the necessary clearance to fit the lower radiator hose, which was then test-fitted and checked for any contact with the pulley. With the clearance confirmed, the hose was removed, trimmed to the correct length, and refitted securely at both ends.

He then fitted the top radiator hose and secured it in place. To ensure a proper fit, Jonn removed the top radiator bracket, reshaped it as needed, and then refitted and secured it.
