Heating Up – Refitting the Heater Box into the 1969 Audi 70L

The progress on our 1969 Audi 70/72L has been relentless recently. Our technician Dave has been flying ahead with the classic German saloon car. This time, Dave has been working on getting the heater system put into the firewall of the car. Dave has made new clips and hold on tabs for the heater box and its waterproof seal. Once in place Dave could use new hardware to get secured down before then feed the control cables through the firewall with a new, modified grommet after then he could get the various houses fitted and routed correctly for the car.
