Getting the Bonnet of the 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 Drophead Coupe ready for primer

Our paint and body technician Mauro has been preparing the 1955 Aston Martin DB2/4 Drophead Coupe for epoxy. Mauro has had to rework many of the edges on the bonnet of the classic Aston Martin undergoing its complete restoration here at the Bridge Classic Cars workshop in Suffolk. Having rewelded certain areas and adjusting the gaps and panel alignment for the large, one-piece aluminium clamshell to fit perfectly to the bodyshell of the car.
