The 1953 Aston Martin DB2/4 has been one of the most comprehensive and interesting restorations for the Bridge Classic Cars team. So, at every stage of the build our technicians check and evaluate each component and their fit within the car. During one of these checks, our technician Steve noticed a small leak from the trailing link. His report says that the shaft seal wasn’t fitting correctly possible due to some slight pitting on the part.

To rectify this, the components were removed from the car then silicon braised before being remachined and rebuilt with a perfect fit.
