Front End Fitment – Getting the Grille to Fit on our 1970 Aston Martin DBS

The fabrication shop have been working steadily on the 1970 Aston Martin DBS, this time our technician Greg has been adjusting the appeture that frames the front grille. Greg has made a template of the cars grille that we have, but it wouldnt fit as it should.

To get the piece to fit, Greg has had to cut and section the area to gently manipulate the area in order to get the template to fit flush and evenly into the bodywork.
