Fixing the Dynamo, Water Pump and Regulator on the 1956 Land Rover Series 1

With the 1956 Land Rover Series 1 being won this week, the workshop team are carrying out some of the final repairs on the classic Land Rover here at Bridge Classic Cars HQ. The team have refit the dynamo and water pump which then allowed them to fit the pulley and fan in place too.

Once in place, and run up, the system was charging at 15.5 volts which was way too high. Jon then adjusted the regulator and checked again with the battery now charging at 14.1 volts at 2000rpm.
