Fitting the Alarm Siren to the 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage

The workshop team have been finishing up a few of the final projects on the 2006 Aston Martin V8 Vantage. At this point, our technician Jon has been working on getting the new alarm siren fitted into the car.

To gain access, Jon has had to remove the rear arch liner in order to remove the old unit from the car. Once out of the way, Jon could fit the new one and hook everything back together. With the wheel back on and torqued down it was time to test. When the car fired up, the message was still visible on the dashboard but after powering down the entire car and restarting, the message had been cleared.
