The whole team here at Bridge Classic Cars are excited to take the first steps into our latest ‘special’ – the entirely coachbuilt ‘XK120B’.

Our master fabricator, Clinton, has been working his magic on beginning the cars skeletal birdcage which will serve as a buck for the handmade aluminium panels that will make up the cars bodywork once completed. Each piece of the delicate birdcage is entirely hand formed based on the design for the car, and as it stretches rearwards grows narrower and narrower until it reaches a single point and forms the boattail – hence the ‘B’ in the cars name.

With every project, our technicians take enormous amounts of care, dedication and precision when it comes to work on these kinetic sculptures and XK120B is truly a showcase of this mindset with every part carefully planned out.
