So this past Friday evening, the 5th of September, was the private view of my other halfs latest exhibition. Felicity, or Flick as she’s known to all of us here at Bridge Classic Cars, has been massively excited to show off her latest series ‘Living Deliciously’ so she decided that it was time to get these pieces out into the world and they’ve gone down an absolute storm.

Friday night was the private view of the new series, which involved squeezing around 40-50 people into The Crafthouse in Woodbridge just down the road from the Bridge Classic Cars HQ. It was a beautiful evening filled with friends, strangers and art fans with a bevy of those magical red dots being put on a whole host of pieces that were on display.

Living Deliciously is in her own words ‘a collection inspired by the beauty of everyday.’ and it really shows in these peices – just celebrating the small things in life which can make us happy. A really good cup of coffee, meeting people, a glass of wine, a beautiful view or just a simple moment where you have long enough to acknowledge and appreciate it.

On a personal note, I’m beyond proud of what she creates but this exhibition was definitely something else. Just seeing her smiling, being surrounded by people she knew (and some that she didn’t) was so lovely to see her completely in her element.
