Dave Day 2025 is being held on Saturday 21st June in memory of the late Dave Myers, one half of the much-loved Hairy Bikers.

Last year, more than 46,000 bikers rode from Ace Cafe in London all the way to Dave’s hometown of Barrow-in-Furness with a few stops along the way. The event is all about raising money for NSPCC Childline and CancerCare and to “spread hope and happiness to all, regardless of who you are or where you’re from, whilst honouring and remembering Dave and all other lost loved ones”.

Dave Day Weekend

This year, there will be extra activities taking place over the whole weekend, including a concert on Saturday night and then a family day on Sunday.

Dave’s wife, Liliana “Lili” Myers, will also be signing copies of her newly released book, Dave and Me.

Charity

All funds raised through registration fees, concert tickets, merchandise sales, and donations go equally to NSPCC Childline and CancerCare North Lancashire & South Cumbria.

In 2024, the event raised over £127,460, with hopes to raise even more in 2025.
