We’ve had a busy weekend this past Saturday at H&H’s Milbrook auction. After look around the incredible display on offer – 2 examples caught our eye. This 2007 Porsche Cayman S is special for 2 reasons. Firstly, it was a special order colour package. Order in 8C6 Orange, also known as RS Orange, it is one of only a handful of non-RS cars to leave the factory with this paintcode but one of even fewer special ordered with Cocoa leather inside aswell as a whole host of optional extras. Secondly, we’ve actually owned this car before… back in 2023. This Cayman S was won in the summer of 2023 but has now found its way back to the Bridge Classic Cars team.
The other car, was this gorgeous 1962 Lotus Elite. Finished in Primrose Yellow with its signature Silver roof, the Elite has been in the same ownership since 1969 and was restored between 2011 and 2013 but also hides a very useful option, a bespoke overdrive upgrade. The unique shape of the Elite sets it apart from other Lotus sports cars of the period and make it a truly stunning example of 1960s elegance.
