Checking Over the 1959 Jaguar MkIX

The 1959 Jaguar MkIX which arrived recently at the Bridge Classic Cars Suffolk HQ has made its way onto the ramp of our restoration technician Jon. Since the classic, elegant and luxurious saloon has only just recently arrived – Jon began his process of carry out a full appraisal on the car.

As part of the appraisal, Jon has gone and regreased the various fitting and bushes on the car whilst also taking a look at a reported knock coming from the rear end. Jon suspected the issue is in the prop shaft and not from the differential. But the play in the UJ had gone since Jon meticulouslty regreased the joint.
