Since its arrival at the Bridge Classic Cars workshop, our 1972 Triumph Spitfire has been in capable hands of our restoration team to get this classic back and running as good as ever.

‘Raise on ramp amd continue inspection. Fit grease nipples where missing and grease up. Check rear axle oil level, OK. Remove all wheels. Front brakes binding slightly. Nearside front caliper pistons returned ok. Offside not. Remove pads and use levers to return pistons. Get John to pump pedal and work in and out. Lube and repeat few times. Lube pads and refit. Strip rears. Free off nearside wheel cylinder with Johns help. Clean drum and refit’

Once all done, the Spitfire was handed over to our paint and body team to carry out a few small paint repairs on the classic sports car.
