1991 Rover Mini arriving

Tamas has been out this morning collecting the latest addition to our workshops, our 1991 Rover Mini 1000 City E. The car is almost ready to go, with a little paint work to address and we may look to change the modern hubcaps for something more in-keeping with the character and age of the car.

Mini Deluxe ready for paint preparation

The new metalwork has been fitted and the repairs have been completed. The body shell can now venture into the paint shop to be prepared, ready for paint. The body will soon be brought back to the original Cherry red ready to be refitted.

Due in to the workshops Dec 2020

1973 Triumph Stag in the Classic Car Workshop

This lovely ’73 Stag is in the workshop for accident repairs. The stag had a bit of a rut with a deer and has suffered a few injuries. The underside of the vehicle has been damaged and there is believed to be damaged caused to the radiator.

More brightwork for chroming

More chrome work has arrived from the owner of our 1972 Chevrolet Corvette C3. This will soon go off to Douglas Metal Finishing later this week.

Making space for the custom exhaust

In order to make way for the custom exhaust, we are temporarily removing the side stand and brackets. The centre stand will be removed entirely and not replaced but the side stand will be reapplied once the exhaust is in place.

1979 Ford Escort RS2000- Decals Go On

1959 Ford Consul Brake Overhaul

Pete has overhauled the brake system on our 1959 Ford Consul restoration project. This included new wheel cylinders, new adjusters, relined shoes, machined cylinders and fresh brake fluid.

Race E-Type Transmission tunnel

Dave has created this masterpiece for our Race -inspired Jaguar E-Type project. Sticking with the lightweight ethos of the build, the transmission tunnel will be fully on view. And what a view it is. 1973 Triumph TR6 in for Service

This beautiful Triumph TR6 is in the classic car workshop for a service. We’ve recently completed a hardtop restoration for this very car. The TR6 has been sat for a little while so it needs a new starter motor before she’s back on the road.

En-route to their new home in Bristol

Thanks to Roma, our Fiat 850S and Morris Mini 1000 are now on their way to their new home in Bristol. After such a beautiful day it is now an awful night to be travelling with the heaven’s opening and a big downpour spoiling the nice shiny arrival.
