BYD has opened its 100th franchised UK dealership less than two and a half years after launching in the country.
The first UK BYD retailer began operations in April 2023. Since then, the Chinese electric vehicle brand has rapidly grown its UK presence, supported by a growing line-up of fully electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Recent dealership openings in places such as Canterbury, Chichester, Croydon, Ipswich, and St Albans have helped bring the brand within easier reach for most UK drivers. The average travel time to a BYD showroom is now just 27 minutes across the country.
