Broad Arrow Auctions, part of the Hagerty group, has announced a new online auction series titled Global Icons, set to go live in January 2026. The event will cover multiple locations across the UK and Europe, and will feature digital bidding with in-person previews.
Global Icons will be a three-part series:
- Global Icons: Europe Online – for cars located in continental Europe
- Global Icons: UK Online – for vehicles based in the UK
- Global Icons: Memorabilia Online – focusing on historic motorsport memorabilia
“Global Icons introduces an exciting new auction format to our clients. The expansion of our footprint across the UK and Europe over the last two years allows us to present an online collector car auction experience to consignors and bidders, one that will both attract a very wide network of collectors and offer the unique opportunity to preview and inspect many of the cars on offer alongside a Broad Arrow car specialist at multiple convenient hub locations across Europe and the UK. We look forward to sharing more information about these exciting events soon.”
Joe Twyman, VP of Sales for Broad Arrow’s EMEA Region
Among the consignments is a 1971 Lamborghini Miura P400 S (chassis no. 4809), estimated at €1.6-€1.8 million (£1.41-£1.59 million). Originally delivered to Tenerife, this late-production Miura features factory air conditioning, vented discs, and a rare SV-type split-sump lubrication upgrade. Finished in Giallo Miura over Nero leather, it remains in largely original condition and has recently undergone a major CHF 15,000+ (£14,240+) service.
The Memorabilia Online part of the series will feature around 100 items linked to some motorsport legends, including Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Sir Stirling Moss, and Sir John Surtees.
Bidding across all auctions opens on the 23rd January 2026. The collector car auctions close on Friday 30th January, and the memorabilia lots will remain open until Sunday 1st February.
A lot of the vehicles will be available for preview at Broad Arrow’s UK base at Bicester Motion, along with other European locations.
