Our 1970 Aston Martin DBS Vantage has reached the next milestone in its resurrection – bodywork.

After being in with the Bridge Classic Cars fabrication team, the classic Aston Martin has been moved into our paint and body department for our paint manager Chris to begin his work on the vintage GT car. Chris will be looking over and assessing ever square inch of the car to come up with a plan of how to bring this car back to its former glory. The meticulous and careful work that our fabricators have done has stood the car in good stead for the journey that lays ahead.

At this stage, Chris has been working some areas of the engine bay, firewall and front grille/valance before he prepares them for paint. Part of our ethos here at the Bridge Classic Cars restoration workshop is that everything, no matter how small or hidden, is important.

The progress will now start making progress day after day after day so keep a look for the project.
