You will obviously know Bentley for making luxury cars. However, the brand has moved into the property market too by revealing its flagship penthouse at Bentley Residences Miami.

As you can imagine, a penthouse in the first-ever Bentley-branded residential tower comes with a whole load of luxury and a price tag to match!

The Bentley Penthouse

Occupying the top two floors of the 61-storey building, the penthouse has uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean, downtown Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. At $37.5 million (approx £28 million), it will certainly be one of the most exclusive addresses on Sunny Isles Beach.

The entire penthouse has been built to perfectly suit its location. For example, the outdoor terrace is engineered to deflect Florida’s gusty weather so you can actually light a candle on the balcony without it blowing out.

Inside, Bentley Home has created a calm, beach-inspired aesthetic. With soft neutrals, flowing oak, natural stone, and curved lines that quietly nod to the brand’s automotive design language. The ceilings stretch up to 22 feet, light enters the property from every angle, and a glass-wrapped garage displays your car collection. And with the Dezervator lift, you can drive straight into your living room!

The layout includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, an entertainment loft, a study, and a Gaggenau-fitted kitchen. There’s also a separate area for staff, which makes hosting easy.

Residents get access to the building’s full lineup of luxury amenities: spa, cinema, whisky bar, cigar lounge, private restaurant, beach club, and a pet spa, all wrapped in 2.4 acres of oceanfront space.

Completion is set for 2028, but this penthouse is already one of the most talked-about listings in the area.
