Dave carried out several tasks on our 1931 Austin Six. He began by checking and cleaning the brake shoes and drums to ensure proper operation. The spark plugs were removed, cleaned, and regapped, and the engine oil was changed along with the filter. A new gasket was made for the filter plate to ensure a proper seal. Dave tightened the exhaust system to eliminate any looseness.

In terms of electrical work, he replaced the rear light bulbs and fitted a new nearside front light bulb. The offside mirror was secured, and he also removed the nearside door glass.
