Audi Exhaust Headers

Will removed the exhaust headers of our 1969 Audi 70 L in preparation for refinishing, carefully taping and preparing them before carrying out the sandblasting process to strip them back. Once cleaned, he re-taped and prepped the surfaces for paint, ensuring everything was ready for coating.

He then applied the first coat of VHT black paint, using a heat gun to aid the drying process, before following up with a second, more substantial coat. The headers were again heated to help cure the finish properly.
