Join us at The Classic Lounge for a special evening with Elisa Artioli, the reason why the Lotus Elise got its name. Back in 1995, Elisa was just 2 years old when the cover was pulled off the brand-new Elise and was shown to the world for the very first time. She stood up in the car and proudly stated “I am Lotus Elise”.
Her grandfather, Romano Artioli, the man behind the revival of Bugatti in the 1990s and the creator of the Lotus Elise named the car after Elisa and started the tradition of all Lotus car models beginning with the letter E.
Her life has always heavily featured cars and she now has her own driving tour company – Delightful Driving. Being so involved in the automotive industry from such a young age, Elisa has some incredible stories to tell.
Elisa is flying in from her home in Italy specially for this event so it will be an incredible evening and one not to be missed.
The Evening:
Interview: Elisa will talk about her life, her personal experience with Lotus, and what it was like growing up with one of the most popular sports cars named after her.
Q&A: There will be the opportunity to ask Elisa your own questions
Drinks & Conversation: Elisa will then enjoy a relaxed evening in The Classic Lounge, where she will chat with our guests, be available for photos, and have a drink from our bar.
Tickets are limited to just 60 and no more will be made available. This is a highly exclusive event that is invite-only. Invitations will be sent out in the next few weeks to our members so, if you’re not a member yet, now is the time to join!

Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa is a 5-minute drive from Bridge Classic Cars and is a stunning place to stay if you are travelling from further afield for the evening.
We have worked with the team there on several photo shoots, competitions, and other events so we know they are an incredible group of people.

Huge event with Elisa. Why not include in this the annoucement of a BCC Competition of a Lotus Elise? Looking forward to have one in BCC Competitions.
