The paint and body team here at Bridge Classic Cars are responsible for probably the biggest transformations in our classic car workshops – like this, the 1991 Jaguar XJS.

Our paint and body technician Adam has been preapring the car over the last few weeks to get it ready for this point. Now, with the car in the paint booth, Adam could clean down the bodyshell multiple times to get the car ready before masking the car up and cleaning everything down on more time before stepping into the booth for the first stage of the cars new life in colour.

With 2 coats of white sealer/primer on the car and letting it properly cure – Adam was ready to lay down the colour sampled Gold paintwork onto the car in a series of stages to allow each coat to flash off and flatten.
