This may look like just a pile of envelopes on a seat but let me tell you, there is so much more to this post than just that. The fact that we have white envelopes as well as yellow is because we ran out of yellow. We ran out of yellow because we didn’t quite prepare for how great the first week of the children’s book launch would be.
The feedback we have received this week on both our Theatre In Education School’s Tour as well as the launch of The Story of Rilee children’s book has been incredible. I want to thank each and every one of your who has interacted, shared and purchased our books.
I have been so passionate about this project for what seems like years now. It started out as an idea I had to write a children’s book which would tell the beautiful story of our 1905 Riley. Not just it’s restoration journey but the importance of it as a car and what we were able to achieve at Bridge Classic Cars. It also shares the important message to children living a more sustainable way will help preserve our history.
Two week’s ago, Suffolk Digital handed over the first, official, printed Rilee as a book and we loved it. Now, we have a box of envelopes, inside each envelope is The Story of Rilee, First Edition going on to it’s new home.
Thank you so much to everyone who has purchased a copy this week. Here are today’s orders.
We hope you all enjoy reading it just as much as i enjoyed writing it.
