Monty has started on the corrosion repairs on our S2000 this week. As you can see, the rear inner arch requires some fabrication and welding to correct the corrosion before the paint shop take control to make it all look lovely once again.

We had a 1995 Mercedes E220 come into us today because the owner of it wanted the underneath of the car undersealed. Our technicians had a good look over it and assessed the area. Unfortunately, there was a lot of corrosion that was uncovered, meaning undersealing would be pretty much pointless. So we decided it would be best to leave putting any on and advised the customer not to go ahead.
Back on the 26th July 2021 Coby Morton received the amazing news that he has won our 1979 MG Midget 1500. When carrying out the Pre Delivery Inspection checks in our workshops we discovered a small area of corrosion that needed to be repaired. Scott got to work immediately cutting out the area of interest and replacing the metal work with new.
The car is now in the paint shop with Matt and Chris to have the sills painted and the underneath sealed.
Hopefully we’ll be handing the keys over to Coby later this week. it may have taken a little longer to deliver than expected but as we often say, it’s the attention to detail that counts!
James has been working on the corrosion damage of our 1991 VW T4 Transporter Campervan. He’s been focusing on finishing off the sliding door and rear left door repairs. He’s cut out the right-hand side rear wheel arch, repaired the inner arch and tacked the new outer arch in place to make it ready for welding.

The stripping process has begun for our Jaguar however the preparation procedure itself isn’t a quick job. There are lots of parts that need our attention before it sees the paint shop.
Ady has been working to restore the fuel tanks. Our 1954 Jaguar MKVII has two fuel tanks rather than the standard one however one of the fuel tanks is suffering from severe rust which we are beginning to tackle.
The chrome has also been removed and the parts ordered to fix the engine leak issue. Once these bits have been fixed, this Jaguar can get ready for paint.
Tom has been attending to the wiring in the front of the Jaguar, especially the front headlights which he’s been removing.
